WATCH: Comedian Arnaud Soly on the “real reason” Horacio Arruda resigned

Montreal comedian Arnaud Soly has just shared a video addressing the resignation of Quebec public health director Horacio Arruda, which was announced Monday night.

Soly starts by doing a voiceover of François Legault confirmation that Horacio Arruda has decided to pursue his rap career. Then Arruda’s first music video is played, featuring Arruda “rapping” about haters, the party plane and more.
