Marie Trezanini at Festival du monde arabe

Enjoy a DJ set by Poirier and celebratory vibes as local chanteuse Ariane Moffatt launches her new EP, MA Remix (reworkings of her largely English-language record MA), with a DJ set by Poirier. 5295 Parc, 5–8 p.m.

For the sixth and final event in this year’s Local Legends reading series, Rae Spoon will read from their first novel, First Spring Grass Fire, out on Arsenal Pulp Press. Co-op Bookstore (2150 Bishop), 7–8:30 p.m., free

Cinéma du Parc’s complete Woody Allen retrospective rolls on, now into the dicey territory of the 90s. But tonight features some highlights of that low period: the delirious and dirty Deconstructing Harry (7 p.m.) and Wild Man Blues, Barbara Kopple’s 1997 documentary about the Woodman’s European tour with his old-timey jazz band (9 p.m.). 3575 Parc, $11.50

Marie Trezanini’s song and performance act draws on Middle Eastern and North African traditional and contemporary music, presented as part of the Festival du monde arabe. Rialto (5723 Parc), 8 p.m., $20

Cntrl: Beyond EDM provides a rare opportunity to dance your face off on a Monday, with DJs Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Victor Calderone and Ean Golden. SAT (1201 St-Laurent), 9 p.m., $15/$20
