Take in some art during the annual Montreal Museums Day, with five free shuttle routes in place for the day to carry you from place to place. 34 participating museums, 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m., free

On this final day of soccer culture festival Pitchfest, 2002 British film Bend It Like Beckham is screening at Cinéma du Parc (4:30 p.m.), along with Les Rayures du Zèbre (7 p.m.), a movie about an agent and his prize African soccer prospect. (Note that the latter film is in French and may not be screening with English subtitles.) 3575 Parc, $12 per screening ($10 for 1325s & seniors)

It’s your last chance to catch Marianne Ackerman’s play Triplex Nervosa, a Mile End tale that should hit pretty close to home. Centaur Theatre (453 St-François-Xavier), 2 p.m., call 514-288-3161
