Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, makes its Montreal debut tonight for a six-day run at Place-des-Arts with Tony-award decorated director Des McAnuff at the helm. Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier (175 Ste-Catherine W.), 8 p.m., $25$129

The Ladies & Gentlemen Comedy Show returns for a new season of live stand-up from Montreal favourites such as David Heti, Shawn Stenhouse and Kris Dulgar. Shäika Café (5526 Sherbrooke W.), 9 p.m., free

Local rock act Reverie Band is made up of musicians who’ll be familiar to followers of the scene: singer/guitarist Brad Gardner, bassist Alex Crow and drummer George Donoso III. They’ve just released their debut tune and are playing l’Escogriffe tonight, with Sean Foster & the Vaqueros. 4467 St-Denis, 9 p.m., $5
