In an effort to celebrate the contribution of female chefs to prominent kitchens around the world (and address sexism in the restaurant industry), Women With Knives presents a panel discussion featuring luminaries of culinary culture and academia, as well as two cooking demonstrations and a dinner, tonight through Thursday. Quebec’s local distilleries are hosting a month-long downtown pop-up bar called Tribute to shine a light on some of the special products coming out of the region, with daily events, tastings and classy cocktail menus.
