Concordia’s Centre for Gender Advocacy launches a weeklong series of activities for their annual feminist action workshop series Another Word for Gender with a panel discussion tonight on Native Women in the Prison Industrial Complex at McGill University’s Moot Court with Sheri Pranteau (a former prisoner), Alana Boileau (coordinator at the Quebec Native Women’s Association) and Danielle Linnen (a lawyer specializing in Aboriginal law). 3660 Peel, 6:30 p.m., free
