The PHI Centre launches its Carte blanche to Stéphane Lafleur tonight. The local filmmaker (Continental, En terrains connus) and musician (Avec pas d’casque) starts the series of his personal picks with Jem Cohen’s Chain (2004), a genre hybrid of documentary, fiction and experimental film set in a corporate dystopia.
