THE FLEETING LIGHT OF LOVE AND GRIEF (popop records)

TFLOLAG is the new project of Lydia Wener and Roy Vucino (PyPy, Red Mass, Black Leather Rose, CPC Gangbangs).
Merging krautrock with Turkish instruments through electronic compositions, The Fleeting Light of Love and Grief is a sonic representation of oneirophrenia. Words are futile; the dream is instrumental. It oscillates from chaos to peace, from gloom to hope. There is something incongruous yet beautiful about this project being one member’s umpteenth band, and the other one’s music debut. Both met through sorrow, but love prevailed, and these songs are documentation of it. Just like lichen, they illustrate the symbiotic relationship between fungus and algae, covering the forest at dawn.
The sun is coming up.
