The PHI Centre, DHC/Art Foundation for Contemporary Art and Festival du nouveau cinéma present a special screening of Sleepless Nights Stories, in conjunction with the exhibition Jonas Mekas: In Praise of the Ordinary. PHI Centre (407 St-Pierre), 4 p.m., free

Cinema Politica screen Bhopali, a documentary that explores the aftermath of the 1984 Union Carbide gas leak in Bhopal, India. J.A. de Sève Cinema (1400 de Maisonneuve W.), 7 p.m.

If you’re a hip hop purist or ‘90s revivalist, you’re fucking with Flatbush Zombies tonight at Underworld Cabaret. 1403 Ste-Elisabeth, 8:30 p.m., $25
