Idle No More soldiers onward with a one-night occupation to mark the 250th anniversary of the Royal Proclamation of 1763, a sort of turning point in colonialist history. Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle (Palais des congrès metro), 6 p.m.

In association with the Festival du nouveau cinéma, Cinema Politica will screen All of Us Guinea Pigs Now, about European scientists, farmers and activists rallying against the GMO takeover of agriculture and food. D.B. Clarke Theatre (1455 de Maisonneuve W.), 7 p.m.
