Totem Urbain v2.0 brings together six international street art collectives for a “POW WOW of urban design” decorating public art totems. Gaia, Trio Magnus, Bruxas Crew, En Masse and Cease will paint daily through to June 16, with different DJs each day. The launch party this afternoon features food trucks and jams by DJ Milton Clark. The vernissage for the In Griffintown film and exhibit this evening offers a look at 21 major residential and industrial buildings as well as historical sites remaining in the Griffintown area. The documentary focuses on two-generation French Canadian family the Merciers. Maison de la culture Marie-Uguay (6052 Monk) 5 p.m., free

Fjall Raven is doing a pop-up shop at the Bruxe General Store, so, naturally, there will be a launch party, and it will include music from Foreign Diplomats. 5662 Sherbrooke W., 5–10 p.m.
