Montreal’s venerable Meow Mix has been going down regularly for 15 years now, and Meow Mix Retrospective gathers photos and video from 1997 to 2012, captured by Miriam Ginestier, Sasha Brunelle, Viva Delorme and Valérie Sangin. Relive old memories or come out to celebrate the long-standing, super-inclusive bent-girl party series. Rats 9 (Belgo Building, 372 Ste-Catherine W., #530), 6 p.m., free

Underground film series The NOAH presents hallucinatory German horror flick (written by Michael Haneke!) Der kopf des Mohren (The Moor’s Head). Peut-être Vintage, 6029a Parc, 8 p.m., $5, BYOB

Two promising DJ nights in the Plateau will have the eclectic music connoisseur torn. For vintage soul and rock ‘n’ roll, head to the premiere of Shake! at Korova; for deep house, U.K. funky and UKG, it’s Two Tone at Blizzarts. Luckily, they’re like two blocks apart. Both 10 p.m., all free
