A poll walks into a bar…

This week, a buttload of polls came out, proving the only sure thing about a buttload of polls is that it smells like butt.

This week, a buttload of polls came out, proving the only sure thing about a buttload of polls is that it smells like butt.

As reported by Kevin Gould for CTV, the polls all kind of say the same thing — the Parti Québécois is in the lead, followed closely by the Liberals, with anywhere from five to 10 percentage points separating Coalition Avenir Québec from the top-ranking PQ.

And we admit, Gould got some lulz out of us by leading his story by saying the polls show “that it is anyone’s guess” who will come out the victor on Sept. 4.

Meanwhile, The Gazette reports a new poll shows how anglophone voters feel their plight is being ignored in this election.

We polled 12 people in a bar, asking them who they were most likely to vote for. With a margin of error of 62 per cent, we concluded that we got drunk instead. ■
