Monday, April 7 is election day, and what better way to shake off the political grime after voting and await the crowning/re-coronation of our provincial overlord than going to a face-melting punk show?

New Jersey mathcore bros the Dillinger Escape Plan are playing le National (1220 Ste-Catherine E.), at 8 p.m. (sharp), for $22 in advance, $25 at the door, with openers Trash Talk, Retox (formerly of the Locust) and Norway’s Shining — see videos by all four bands below.
