Quebec vaccine passport holders will soon need proof of three doses

The upgrade will come into effect once everyone over 18 has had a chance to get their booster shot.

Vaccine passport holders in Quebec will soon need proof of three doses, as soon as everyone over 18 has had a chance to get their booster shot. This news was announced by Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé in an ongoing press conference this morning.

When the schedule for booster shots for the general population in Quebec was first shared on Dec. 28, Dubé projected that all Quebecers over 18 who make appointments as per the calendar would be able to get their shots by March.

It was also announced in today’s press conference that the vaccine passport will be required to enter the SAQ and SQDC as of Jan. 18.
