Antisemites turn to ice-carving in latest Montreal hate crime

Multiple large swastikas were carved into the ice at an outdoor skating rink in the Montreal neighbourhood of TMR last night according to a press release from B’nai Brith. The Montreal branch of the Jewish human rights organization filed a report with the police hate crime unit and conferred with Town of Mount Royal Mayor Peter Malouf about the matter.

Bill613.com, a news website serving the Orthodox Jewish community in Montreal, documented the discovery of the vandalism and shared a video of the hate crime on Facebook.
