The annual live music extravaganza in the Quartier des Spectacles is past the halfway point, and some major shows have gone down in intimate spaces, grand concert halls and of course out in the street, where tens of thousands of Montrealers and tourists have been taking in a wide range of sounds, from the Barr Brothers to Illa J (and that was just on Tuesday).
