Last Friday, Jan. 17 was a Polar Vortex kind of day, but we decided to check out Hivernale anyway. Though we arrived early and didn’t last too long out there, DJs Andy Williams and Scott C (the Goods) and Pointe-Claire Bavarian resto le Petit Munich made it a nice time.

Since New Year’s Eve, the Olympic Park Village has been host to this event every Friday and Saturday, featuring a different musical and culinary program each time, with curling and skating happening out on the ice. Hivernale runs through March 7.
