Montreal collective Howl Arts held its first annual festival from April 24–29, bringing live music, film screenings, creative interventions, street art and community discussions with artists and activists to Casa del Popolo, la Sala Rossa, Cagibi, Café Resonance and la Vitrola. Lisa Sproull documented the musicians and crowds. Have a look:
