SZA, “Babylon”

American R&B chanteuse SZA (Solana Rowe) will release her third EP, Z, via Top Dawg Entertainment (Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q etc) on April 8. This week she dropped a new video, directed by SZA herself & APLUSFILMZ. Check it out:


Badbadnotgood, “Can’t Leave the Night”

Toronto jazz trio Badbadnotgood, who came to fame a few years ago for their covers of and collabs with Tyler, the Creator and Frank Ocean, will release a new album called III on Innovative Leisure/Pirates Blend on May 6. Watch this new video, directed by Connor Olthuis.


Gold Zebra, “Apart Again”

Do yourself a favour and feast your eyes on this stylish video by Montreal duo Gold Zebra, directed by La Barbe Rousse. Their debut LP will be released by Visage Musique on April 22.

Le Trouble, “Fine Line”

Montreal’s le Trouble, who you may recognize from the bottom of the Osheaga line-up poster, are playing a slightly smaller show, at Casa del Popolo, next Saturday, March 29. Check out this video, for a track from their Reality Strikes record, directed by Sébastien Lépine:
