Sexy rock-cabaret April Fools is on at Segal Centre in Montreal through May 22

A steamy, 18+ rock cabaret created by Israeli superstar Keren Peles, April Fools (at the Segal Centre in Montreal through May 22) is the perfect excuse to emerge from your cocoon and experience the thrill of live music and theatre again. Be amongst our wonderful artists, media, and V.I.P. guests on opening night as we celebrate the reawakening of Montreal’s vibrant arts scene.

 In the middle of living the seemingly perfect life – complete with career, family, and home of her dreams – a woman begins a torrid love affair with an attractive and soon-to-be-married man. This forbidden love affair leads to a deep dive into a woman’s mind, where a battle plays out among her conflicting urges, embodied onstage by multi-talented performers.

Directed by Moshe Kepten of the National Theatre of Israel, adapted for North American audiences by Akiva Romer-Segal from a translation by Shelly Ben Shachar, it is a sensual and stripped-down musical rendezvous that you’ll definitely want to give in to.
