Silent movie super star, Lon Chaney Sr., delivers his most iconic performance as ‘The Phantom’ in this timeless horror classic based on a novel by Gaston Leroux. Universal Studios spared no expense to deliver a lavish production that has been thrilling cinema audiences for nearly 100 years. To give you the deluxe 1920s experience, we will project it onto a large screen on actual film at its original silent speed with the added bonus of the ‘Bal Masque’ sequence in Technicolor. And, of course, LIVE musicians will accompany all the action.

Our talented line-up of artists includes Morgan Paige Melbourne on piano, Ivan Fabara on cello, Beth McKenna on clarinet and oboe, Valérie Poisson on soprano vocals and Shayne Gryn on church organ. All of this takes place in a stunning old gothic church which only adds to the thrill. (doors open at 6pm) Snacks and drinks available.
