Canada has been named the fourth best country in the world

According to a study by U.S. News & World Report, Canada has been named the fourth best country in the world.

Switzerland occupies the top spot on the list, while Japan, the United States and Australia round out the top 5.

The best countries ranking is calculated using attributes across the following 10 thematic subrankings: Adventure, Agility, Cultural Influence, Entrepreneurship, Heritage, Movers, Open for Business, Power, Quality of Life and Social Purpose. The study also named Canada as the country with the fourth-highest quality of life in the world.
