Xavier Dolan directed an ad for the new Rabanne collaboration with H&M

“Adored doing this.”

Montreal filmmaker Xavier Dolan dropped some new work on Instagram this morning, but this time it wasn’t a trailer for an upcoming feature film or series, or a new Adele music video.

Dolan was enlisted to direct an ad for the new collaboration between H&M and the Spanish fashion house Rabanne, named for late designer Paco Rabanne.

“It’s Rabanne, baby. Thanks to H&M and Rabanne for this incredible opportunity. Adored doing this, adored Rianne, Anok, Vinnie, and so many other incredibly talented men people. Thank you for having me.”

Designed by Rabanne creative director Julien Dossena, the collection of men’s and women’s apparel and items for the home will be available via H&M as of Nov. 9.
