Hot pot pop-up with cheffe Anita Feng – Málà Huǒguō 麻辣火锅

Hot pot pop-up with cheffe Anita Feng – Málà Huǒguō 麻辣火锅

Sunday, Mar 12 , 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

We’re celebrating one of the most popular dishes in China, the hot pot, with none other than Anita Feng. For the occasion, we’ll be introduced to the Sichuanese version, known for its aromatic and spicy profile. There will also be a less spicy broth offered.

On the menu: marinated beef, beef tripe, beef tongue, pork belly, lamb slices, fried tofu, and plenty of vegetables. Everything will be accompanied by artisanal sake, as we find it to be the best pairing and the perfect excuse to discover the versatility of this beverage.

Of course, fondue is meant to be enjoyed with a group! The experience is therefore offered in groups of 4 to maintain the convivial nature of this tradition.

There will be 2 services, one starting at 1 pm and the other at 6 pm

Included for 4 people: Welcome sake glasses, Chinese fondue (2 broths), and 1 bottle of 720ml sake (private import).
