Collectif Créatif Montréal Fall Market

Montreal, September 3, 2024 – Returning this fall for their 10th anniversary, Collectif Créatif MTL, in collaboration with Technopôle Angus, presents their Fall Market at Locoshop Angus on the weekends of September 28 and 29, and October 5 and 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Renowned as one of Montreal’s most coveted and diverse markets, the Collectif Créatif will feature a curated rotation of 95 different shops each weekend, making this event the perfect opportunity to (re)discover Quebec-owned businesses and harvest some unique finds to brighten your autumn!

You’ll be sure to find something to spoil yourself as we dive into cocooning season, from handmade slow-fashion creations (Lune & Luciole, Clothes & Roads, Tuques WUF, Darn Atelier), home decor (Edith Poterie, LUVO, Margile) and zero-waste items (Mauca, Happy Periods), to carefully designed accessories for babies and children (Bébé Fafa, Boutique Tartine), jewelry that you won’t ever want to take off (Evelylne b Joaillière, KIEVE, Isa Kapsaskis joaillière), dreamy wall decor (Marie Ange, Atelier by Lau, Marylène Roy), natural soaps, perfumes and cosmetics (26, Hēm, Savonnerie le Chat Noir Nu), and even products for your little fur babies(85 degrés Nord, Flora Soul). The market will also tantalize your taste buds with food vendors like Treize Chocolats, Enyo bouchées africaines, Zépices, LIAISON, Bayard Royal, SÜK chocolat chaud, Pâtisserie Marcette, café Jungle, and many more.

Discover rechargeable vegan candles from Coton Corail, a subscription service of weekly produce baskets from Fermes Lufa, shawls and scarves from recycled fur by Hélènou Tricot et Fourrure, positive affirmation cards for kids from Gemme Moi, poetic floral universes designed by Dark Capucine, and socks brimming with personality from Sokette.

Most of the designers will be on site to share their inspirations and creative process with shoppers. The team ensures that over 30% of exhibitors are new to the Collectif Créatif markets, to keep the offering interesting for clients who rarely miss a show!

Mel Serangelo, co-founder of Collectif Créatif MTL, emphasizes the importance of shopping at creative markets in our quest for eco-responsibility and quality. “Seeing all this creative talent and a huge variety of innovative products under one roof is something that never ceases to amaze me, even after 10 years of organizing these events. It’s really the perfect place to discover what’s being made here and to celebrate the diversity of our creative community.”

New this fall, there will be a $5-thrift-store presented by Le Shwap Club. The first 30 clients per day to make a donation of $15 or more to benefit Le Phare Enfants et Familles will receive a goody bag stuffed with products and coupons from our exhibitors! For the kids, there will be games, coloring and Halloween candy.

Visitors will also have the chance to admire the historic site of Locoshop Angus, a former locomotive repair shop and Canada’s first green industrial building. Accessible by bixi or via Préfontaine or Rosemont metro stations, the neighborhood is lively with many restaurants, cafés and parks to inspire a memorable fall outing with friends, family or why not solo! Free parking on nearby streets. Admission is free and accessible to strollers and wheelchairs. Dogs are not permitted at Technopôle Angus.
