A true pioneer of electronic music, Juan Atkins is widely regarded as the godfather of Detroit techno. Performing under various aliases, he’s released countless classics, including the groundbreaking track “Clear” (1982). In the ’90s, he was one of the most prolific and in-demand producers on the scene—and he’s never stopped. Today, he continues to tour the world, packing clubs in New York, London, Paris, and Berlin. His appearance is an event in itself.
And since the night goes on and on, expect a wild ride with Martyn Bootyspoon’s mix of suggestive house, ghettotech, and razor-sharp digital textures; Bianca Badita’s fast and hypnotic techno; and Donotstealmyname’s blend of house, techno, electro, and breakbeat.
