Marielle Heller’s multiple-award-winning film The Diary of a Teenage Girl is a sexual-awakening/coming-of-age film based on Phoebe Gloeckner’s autobiographical novel, starring Bel Powley, Alexander Skarsgård and Kristen Wiig. Grumpys weekly Chick Pickin Mondays marks a milestone tonight, and while it’s not actually their 200th anniversary, this female-musician showcase has been happening for about a decade. Tonight’s line-up includes Renee Deschene, Cecile Dookingue, Corinna Rose and Brie Neilson. 1242 Bishop, 9 p.m.
