Concordia’s Centre for Gender Advocacy screens The Mask You Live In, a 2015 documentary about “America’s narrow definition of masculinity” and the impact it has on boys, men and society. Le Ritz’s Movie Mondays presents Christo’s Valley Curtain (1974), an Oscar-nominated film by documentary kings Albert and David Maysles about artist couple Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s installation of a huge orange curtain between two Colorado mountains, and My Friend Rain by Robert Millis and Alan Bishop, described as “an abstract homage to the endless monsoon cycles of rebirth and destruction” with “dreamy musical segments.” 179 Jean-Talon W., 10 p.m., free
