The annual cycling event Tour de l’Île is on (it’s literally going by our offices as we’re posting this), so be aware, drivers, pedestrians and fellow cyclists, as you navigate the city today.

The spring edition of POP Montreal flea market Puces POP continues at Église St-Denis. 5075 Rivard, 11–5 p.m., free

Montreal singer-songwriter Robin Gorn launches her album SoftWing at the Rialto Theatre with an afternoon of music and dance performances featuring dancers Marcos Brasil and Myriam Farger and a DJ set by Andy Williams. 5723 Parc, 3rd Floor, 3 p.m., $10

For curious culinary types or anyone homesick for the Rock, local gallery Articule hosts High End Scoff, an authentic Newfoundland dinner, at Beaver Sheppard’s Little Italy restaurant Bethlehem XXX.
