British band Swervedriver are playing le Fairmount (5240 Parc) on Monday, May 4 — if you’re not familiar with shoegaze/alt scenesters, of the late 1980s/early ’90s vintage, check out the old and new videos below. The opening act is L.A.’s Gateway Drugs.

Doors open at 8 p.m., the show starts at 9 p.m., and tickets cost $22 in advance and $26 at the door

Greenland Productions has passed on a pair of tickets to this show for us to give away.
