The National Film Board of Canada launch The Devil’s Toy Redux online, an interactive reimagining of Claude Jutra’s groundbreaking 1966 short about skateboarding. Head over to the NFB’s website to check it out.

Local singer-songwriter Carl-Eric Hudon launches his new record, Nous étions jeunes, produced by Philippe B, at Divan Orange. 4234 St-Laurent, 5 p.m.

The 18th edition of Beaux Degats pits six teams of street artists against each other in an art mash-up, with music by Construct on the side. Foufounes Electriques (87 Ste-Catherine E.), 7 p.m.

Brad MacDonald hosts the Peopl’s Comedy at Club Peopl. This month’s line-up includes Jess Salomon, Nick Carter, Shawn Stenhouse, Matt Cater, Emma Wilkie, Freddie James and headliner Heidi Foss. 390 Notre Dame W. (entrance on St-Hélène), 8:30 p.m., $10
