The McCord kicks off its Instagram portrait contest today, running through Feb. 4 with some sweet prizes for the winners. To play, Instagram your portraits with the hashtag #émouvantvérité and make sure you tag the @mccord_museum.

Get to know the breakout talents of this year’s crop of UQAM and Concordia MFA grads at Six Peintres, deux écoles, trois lieux… une recontre. Brendan Flanagan, Corri-Lynn Tetz, Gabrièlle Lajoie-Bergeron, Isabelle Guimond, Jenna Meiers and Noémie Weinstein each present a painting from their master’s project.
