Among the ton of quality shows happening at the M for Montreal music festival tonight are two free 5à7s (details here and here), and a Cult MTL co-presentation feat. locals Thus:Owls and three great acts from Iceland, namely Hermigervill, Prins Póló and Hjaltalín. Expect a night of majestic Nordic music. La Sala Rossa (4848 St-Laurent), 9 p.m., $12 advance/$15 at the door

Datcha Fridays brings Turbo Recordings bro Bordello and fellow traveller Marian Gold to man the decks at what promises to be a super-tight party, hosted by DL Jones. Datcha (98 Laurier W.), 10 p.m.

The third episode of Montreal-centric live late-night show Night Fight welcomes featured guest burlesque dancer Miss Sugarpuss. Mainline Theatre (3997 St-Laurent), 11 p.m., $6/$8
