Maximum Tolerated Dose

 

Cinema Politica presents a screening of Maximum Tolerated Dose, a documentary about the psychic and ethical fallout of animal testing labs. D.B. Clarke Theatre (1455 de Maisonneuve W.), 7 p.m., suggested donation $2–$5

If you’ve got $45 to spare and want to sample gourmet morsels prepared by a couple dozen of Montreal’s most renowned chefs, Vin Vignerons Vinyles is the place to be. Music is included (DJs, presumably), but wine is extra. SAT (1201 St-Laurent), 7 p.m., $45
