The weekly free series overlooking the career of legendary Soviet-era filmmaker Sergei Parajanov continues. On the program today are Ashik Kerib, Paranjanov’s final film from 1988, Alexander Carson’s short We Refuse to be Cold and a lecture on the Middle Eastern Aesthetic from UQAM’s Monia Abdullah.
