Antonio Park to open new restaurant YamaResto in Montreal’s Hotel Vogue

The acclaimed Montreal restaurateur is expanding his already significant presence in the city with an Asian fusion restaurant in the newly renovated hotel, now part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Montreal restaurateur Antonio Park is adding a sixth venture to his impressive range of local restaurants, YamaResto, which will be opening at the newly renovated Hotel Vogue on de la Montagne.

Park already has five establishments in Montreal, including Park, Café Bazin, Jatoba, Flyjin and le Cathcart food hall.

The hotel has confirmed that YamaResto hopes to be open by mid-October, once renovations are complete, and will feature an Asian fusion cuisine, focusing on Korean and Japanese dishes. Antonio Park teased the new restaurant in a Reel on Instagram.

The Hotel Vogue, which was previously owned and operated by Loews Hotels, is now part of the upscale Curio Collection brand by Hilton. (Curio is on par with other luxury four-stars like the W Hotel, for example.)

The Hotel Vogue currently remains open during renovations.
