What are Canadians’ biggest disappointments in Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister?

A new study by Léger has asked Canadians what their greatest disappointments in Justin Trudeau have been since he became Prime Minister in 2015.

According to the results, issues relating to Trudeau’s integrity, such as the WE Charity controversy and SNC-Lavalin scandal involving Jody Wilson-Raybould, have been by far the most disappointing for Canadians, with 17% of respondents listing these scandals first.

Interestingly, just 6% of Canadians selected Trudeau’s management of the pandemic as their greatest disappointment during his time as Prime Minister.

The approval rating of Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister currently sits at 39%.
