Justin Trudeau: Get the booster so Canada can “get out of this pandemic for good”

Trudeau got his booster shot in Ottawa this morning.

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau got his booster shot in Ottawa this morning, thanked healthcare workers and encouraged Canadians to keep getting vaccinated.

On Sunday, Justin Trudeau shared a checklist of four steps that will enable Canada to “get out of this pandemic for good,” including the first and second vaccine doses, a booster and finally getting your kids vaccinated (if applicable).

All Quebecers aged 18 to 59 will be able to make their vaccination appointments by Jan. 21. Currently, people aged 55 or older are eligible for the booster, as are people with chronic illnesses and those in certain lines of work.
