Mondial de la Bière festival  is back for it’s 25th year, bringing the best of the brewing industry to Palais des Congress for your tasting convenience. The festival runs until Friday and will also include workshops, conferences, and tasting tours. 201 Viger, 12 p.m.–11 p.m., free admission

You know it’s summer when seasonal Mile End bar Alexandraplatz opens up, and while they’ve actually been operating since May 9, their Weinplatz nights — natural-wine tasting events — will be attracting bigger crowds now that temperatures are up. 6731 Esplanade, 4 p.m.
