Montreal performer and DJ J. Ellise Barbara hosts the first edition of their brand-new Shemale Reprezent party series at la Sala Rossa as part of this week’s Lux Magna festival, featuring a line-up completely composed of trans women of colour headlined by Brooklyn’s Jasmine Infiniti, with Toronto’s Coco Supreme and Philly’s Precolumbian rounding things out. 4848 St-Laurent, 10 p.m., $10

A Green Evening With Mike Rita and Friends features Toronto comic Mike Rita in a 420-friendly evening that also features local comics Reese Turner, Chris Venditto, Quinn McMorrow, Shirley Whalen, Viveth K. and Tyler Brody Stein.
