The fourth annual Lobster Clam Jam comes to the Esplanade du Centenaire, an open-air spot by the Lachine Canal where reps from 40 Montreal restaurants will each serve two signature dishes featuring delicacies from the sea. Each dish or beverage can be purchased with one $5 coupon. St-Patrick & Pitt, 12–9 p.m., $40 (admission + 3 coupons)/$65 (admission + 9 coupons)

La Plante hosts another edition of the Good Home Record Market where you can pick up some new vinyl from vendors like Kris Guilty, Walla P, Found Sound and more in a friendly environment complete with Jamaican patties and DJ sets from Nicolas Le Quang, Overflow, le Latier and Diskobike. Secret location, 1–6 p.m., free entry

Piknic Électronik begins its 2016 season of Sunday afternoon/evening dance parties at Parc Jean-Drapeau’s Place de l’Homme, running through Oct. 22. Note that there will be an additional Victoria Day edition of the event tomorrow, same time and place (with Four Tet!). Today’s line-up includes Project Pablo b2b Francis Oak. (For Piknic newbs, check out our photo gallery from last year’s season opener.) 2–9:30 p.m., $13.50 in advance (online)/$15 on-site/season passes $80 for students/$110

Vancouver rapper Snak the Ripper plays le Belmont with special guests Golden, Junk, Fallen Ones and Capitole D, plus local support from Red Rum Records, Eddy Monk, Tayo, Omerta, Reservoir doggs and J Jigga John Bus It. 4483 St-Laurent, 8:30 p.m., $20/$25

Tomorrow’s a holiday, so maybe this is the best possible time to hit Plateau nightclub Passeport’s Sunday-night ’80s dance party with DJs Draris and Missing. Don’t expect any Phil Collins though — this is a new wave / alternative / goth kind of ’80s night. 2037 St-Denis, 10 p.m., $4

Simahlak, who ranked as #7 Best Club DJ in this year’s Best of MTL readers poll, takes a detour to the Old Port at Joverse to Keep It 100 with event regulars RR Kelly and Maddielonglegz. 52 St-Jacques, 9 p.m., free
