Today is the closing day of the Turkish film festival at Cinéma du Parc, and among today’s screenings is, Sivas, a Turkish/German co-production by Kann Mudjeci, about an 11-year-old boy’s bond with a stray dog — the film was Turkey’s official entry for this year’s Oscars.
