Toronto-based landscape, architecture and political economy magazine Scapegoat hosts the Montreal launch of its ninth issue, “Eros,” at Drawn & Quarterly with magazine editor Nasrin Himada and contributors Jacob Wren, Laura Broadbent, Alexis Bhagat and more. 211 Bernard W., 7 p.m., free
