The CTRL + V collective is hosting a one-night only exhibition called ♀nline, dedicated to works by women and femme-identified artists who primarily create digital works for online dissemination such as videos, photography and collage. Local hip hop artist Monk.E launches his sixth solo record with a hometown show before venturing off to Europe. He’ll be joined on stage by Jai Nitai Lotus, Osti One and Mark the Magnanimous, as well as the event’s host, Karma Atchykah. O Patro Vys (356 Mont-Royal E.), 8 p.m., $7/$12 with a copy of the record

Don’t miss your chance to see Montreal-based urban ice dance troupe le Patin Libre in their double-bill performance of Vertical Influences at Arena St-Louis, with just four performances of a show unlike any figure skating you’ve seen on TV. British electro-Latino-soul DJ and producer Quantic swings in from his new homebase of Brooklyn for a show at the Fairmount. Warming up the room with considerable skill are Speakeasy Electro Swing bros Don Mescal and Khalil. 5240 Parc, 9 p.m., $20
