Pop-up farmers’ market l’Autre Marché sets up shop in the Plateau today for their first edition on Prince-Arthur, offering farm-fresh produce and locally made products, plus a performance from local dance troupe Studio 88 Swing. Prince-Arthur & Laval, 3–7 p.m., free

Danish illustrator Mads Berg will be exhibiting his retro-style posters for the first time in North America at Montreal’s l’Affichiste vintage poster gallery, opening with a vernissage tonight. 471 St-François-Xavier, 6–9 p.m., free

Stand-up show A Tale of Two Moustaches, featuring Montrealer and Scottish expat Darren Henwood and Toronto’s Matthew Carter (plus special guests) begins its weekend run at ComedyWorks. 1238 Bishop, 8:30 p.m. (plus additional 10:30 p.m. shows on Fri. & Sat.), $15
