Female-Trouble
Divine and the gang in Female Trouble

Check out the Fraser’s Field farmer’s market, bringing fresh produce from Île-Bizard to Mile End’s Résonance Café. 5175 Parc, 3–7 p.m.

If you haven’t had a chance to catch The Wolfpack, an enthralling documentary about six cinephile brothers who grew up in confinement in their parents’ Manhattan apartment (see our review and a trailer here), maybe today is the day to check it out. 3575 Parc, 3:40 and 7:30 p.m., $12/$10 students & seniors

Catch some stand-up at Donair Cité’s weekly 902 Comedy Show, with host Paul Ash, headliner Bruno Ly, a set by Nour Hadidi and more. 2070 St-Denis, 8 p.m., free

Movie Mondays at Bar le Ritz presents John Waters classic Female Trouble (1974), starring the one and only Divine, alongside other Waters regulars like Mink Stole, Edith Massey and Cookie Mueller. Over 40 years later, this film (like Waters’ other work from that period) is still a shocker — it’s relentlessly dark, gross and hilarious. See the trailer here. 179 Jean-Talon W., 9 p.m. (drink specials from 5 p.m.), free
