WIN tickets to see the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion

 
The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion is playing Théâtre Fairmount (5240 Parc) on Tuesday, June 9. If you’re not familiar with this NYC trio, who’ve been making lean, breakneck blues noise since the ’90s, check out the old and new videos below.

The opening act is We Are Hex . Doors open at 8:30 p.m., the show starts at 9 p.m., and tickets cost $20 in advance and $23 at the door.

Greenland Productions has passed on a pair of tickets to this show for us to give away. All you’ve got to do to enter the contest is email info@cultmontreal.com before 4 p.m. on Monday, June 8 (the day prior to the show) with “the blues is #1” in the subject line. We’ll select a winner at random and inform them by 5 p.m. that same day.
