Boogat, “Me Muero Por Ti”

Directed by local filmmaker, musician and restaurateur Mariano Franco, this new video from local trilingual rapper/producer Boogat offers a taste of his forthcoming new record Neo-Reconquista. The album was coproduced by Boogat and Jean Massicotte (Lhasa de Sela, Patrick Watson, Jean Leloup), with guest appearances by la Yegros, Heavy Soundz and Pierre Kwenders. It’ll be released on May 4 by Maisonnette Records.


Cherry Chérie, “J’Entends la bete”

Franco rock ‘n’ roll band Cherry Chérie are launching their debut LP on May 26 with a show at la Sala Rossa. This is the video for the album’s title track, directed by Jean-Sébastien Francoeur:
