Cagibi hosts a two-day artisanal/vintage/craft sale beginning today from 3–9 p.m. and continuing tomorrow from 12–9 p.m. 5490 St-Laurent

This month’s edition of Trans Women Writers Night encompasses a launch for Dr. Trish Salah’s Lyric Sexology: Volume 1, and readings by local authors Sophie Labelle, Raphaële Frigon, Morgan M Page and Dawn Foran. Centre for Gender Advocacy (1500 de Maisonneuve W., #404), 7 p.m., free, refreshments will be served

Sherwin Tija hosts a Christmas crowd karaoke night at the Mainline — it’s like church with alcohol, or Christmas carolling without being stuck outside. 3997 St-Laurent, 8 p.m., $5

Over at the Corona Theatre, reggae rapper Matisyahu (who’s been beardless and curl-free since 2013, incidentally) performs with opener Judith Hill. 2490 Notre-Dame W., 8 p.m., $35
